"ACTT NOW" and help Tanzania move into the digital age. By supporting ACTT's mission to get PCs into local schools, you are supporting national education and development.

What is the "School IT" Program?
ACTT's school IT initiative is a holistic program that not only ensures delivery and installation of PCs, but addresses sustainability of the supported school through maintenance services, training of trainers, software and educational programs, installations and hardware upgrades. In fact, since 2006, ACTT has supported more than 150 educational institutions to set up sustainable computer labs! And there is currently a long list of schools ready and waiting for this program's support.

What can you do?
Simply make a donation to ACTT in support of the program, or choose a particular Tanzanian school and we will support them accordingly. We work with donors and partners to provide the best possible equipment and support to meet any school's specific requirements and we ensure timely responses, effective implementation and professional communication.

In fact, schools supported with 5 or more PCs also benefit from:

  • Free IT training aids and teacher support;
  • Free technical support;
  • Sharing in our vast ICT experience;
  • Transport and delivery arrangements;
  • Partnerships with our best ICT performing schools;
  • Possible donor support for further ICT needs;
  • Free site visits and assessment.
